His Excellency the President of Prince Sattam bin Abdulaziz University, Prof. Dr. Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al-Tamim, received on Monday a delegation from the Social Development Bank at his office on the university campus in Al-Kharj.
The visit aimed to enhance cooperation and establish a strategic partnership between the University and the Social Development Bank to support entrepreneurs and provide innovative opportunities that enable students and young people to launch sustainable entrepreneurial ventures, in line with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030 in promoting and developing the entrepreneurship sector.
During the meeting, both sides discussed avenues of collaboration and reviewed the programs and initiatives offered by the Social Development Bank to support and finance small and medium-sized enterprises, in addition to promoting a culture of innovation and entrepreneurship among university students.
Prof. Al-Tamim praised the pioneering role of the Social Development Bank in supporting entrepreneurs and strengthening economic development, affirming the University’s commitment to continuing its cooperation with strategic partners to achieve sustainable development.
