In line with its societal role and responsibility to support institutional integration, Prince Sattam bin Abdulaziz University, represented by the College of Education, signed a cooperation agreement with the Taalam Association for the Holy Quran and its Sciences, Al-Kharj Branch, on Wednesday, January 28, 1447 AH, in Al-Kharj Governorate.
The agreement aims to develop areas of joint cooperation in the fields of education, training, studies, and community programs, contributing to strengthening integration between the academic and charitable sectors and improving the level of educational services in the governorate.
The agreement was signed on behalf of the university by His Excellency the Dean of the College of Education, Professor Mubarak bin Saad Al-Wazrah, and on behalf of the association by His Excellency the CEO, Mr. Ibrahim bin Muhammad Al-Abbad.
The agreement stipulates cooperation in several areas, most notably: holding diplomas, forums, and training programs related to the Holy Quran and its sciences; organizing scientific conferences and seminars; exchanging advisory and educational services; and providing development and administrative programs for the association's members. The agreement also includes cooperation in teaching the Holy Quran both inside and outside the university, supporting volunteer work, providing training opportunities, publishing related research and studies, and activating community initiatives.
This agreement represents a model of integration between higher education institutions and the non-profit sector and contributes to achieving the goals of Saudi Vision 2030 in building effective and sustainable development partnerships.
