Prince Sattam bin Abdulaziz University, represented by the Deanship of Development and Quality in collaboration with the General Directorate of Information Technology, conducted a training program on Wednesday titled "Training on the Strategy and Performance Management System (Ru'ya)" at the VIP Training Hall on the University Campus in Al-Kharj.
The program attracted broad participation from representatives of various university entities, aiming to familiarize them with the system's core functions and operational features, enhance their competencies, and enable them to effectively utilize its digital tools. This initiative is expected to strengthen performance indicator monitoring, support institutional planning, and contribute to achieving the University's strategic objectives.
The training featured comprehensive hands-on sessions designed in accordance with the highest standards of quality and administrative and academic development. Participants were given the opportunity to practice data entry and monitor performance targets in real time, helping improve operational efficiency and ensure effective performance tracking and measurement.
