Prince Sattam bin Abdulaziz University organized the “Career Empowerment Days” initiative, hosted by the College of Engineering and Computer Science, as part of the university’s ongoing efforts to enhance the readiness of students and graduates for the labor market and empower them professionally in alignment with national development goals and Saudi Vision 2030.
The initiative will continue over the course of three days, with the participation of several government entities and strategic partners. It features a range of specialized professional programs and activities aimed at developing students’ and graduates’ skills, raising awareness of modern professional requirements, and enhancing opportunities for direct engagement with participating organizations to explore available employment and training opportunities.
During the event, the University President toured the accompanying exhibition, where he reviewed the booths of participating entities and the initiatives and programs they offer to support professional qualification and strengthen the readiness of national talents. He also listened to presentations highlighting the key services and opportunities available to students and graduates.
At the conclusion of the ceremony, His Excellency honored the initiative’s success partners, representing five participating entities, in recognition of their valuable contributions and continued support in ensuring the success of the initiative and strengthening community partnerships aimed at developing and qualifying national competencies.
The university affirmed that organizing this initiative stems from its commitment to preparing qualified national talents and fostering an educational and developmental environment that enhances professional and technical skills, strengthens graduates’ competitiveness in the labor market, and reflects the university’s dedication to investing in human capital and supporting the professional empowerment journey of the nation’s sons and daughters.
