Prince Sattam bin Abdulaziz University showcased its innovations and research projects on Sunday during its participation in the opening day of the third edition of the “World Defense Show 2026,” held in Riyadh under the theme “The Future of Defense Integration.” The university’s leadership, led by its President, Prof. Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al‑Tamim, along with its vice presidents, attended the event.
Through its pavilion (H3–F2), the university presented a range of innovative and technologically advanced solutions aligned with global trends. The pavilion attracted notable interest and high‑level visits from various military and industrial sectors, as well as international experts. Specialists from the university provided visitors with detailed explanations of the projects and innovations developed on campus, particularly in the fields of artificial intelligence, robotics, advanced control and monitoring systems, and smart‑based detection technologies that meet the needs of the security and defense sectors—further strengthening the university’s position as a strategic partner in the national research and development ecosystem.
The World Defense Show continues to draw official delegations, government entities, and leading international companies, serving as a global platform for showcasing the latest advancements in defense and security technologies.
