Prince Sattam bin Abdulaziz University in Al‑Kharj received today, Tuesday, a delegation from the U.S. Embassy in Saudi Arabia, with the aim of reviewing the University’s development projects across academic and research domains and exploring avenues to strengthen joint cooperation.
The embassy delegation held a meeting with a number of the University’s leaders and officials, during which the University’s identity and future vision were presented. The meeting also highlighted the University’s academic accreditations and its diverse portfolio of research programs, all aligned with national educational and research objectives.
The visit included a tour of the laboratories at the College of Science and Humanities, where the delegation was briefed on the state‑of‑the‑art technical capabilities and equipment that support teaching and research, enabling researchers and students to carry out their scientific projects in line with the latest international standards.
The visiting delegation comprised: Public Affairs Advisor Jennifer McEwan; Cultural Attaché Jennifer Palmer; Deputy Cultural Attachés Adam Bloodworth and John Orak; Senior Community Outreach Specialist Rania Al‑Sayed; Exchange Programs Specialist Maryam Isa; and Senior Education Advisor Eshraq Al‑Khabbaz.
This visit comes within the framework of exchanging cooperation opportunities and showcasing educational and academic initiatives offered by U.S. educational institutions.
