In a related context, Eng. Waleed Al‑Sulaitin, Director General of the General Administration of Information Technology, delivered a workshop titled “Reference and Master Data.” He highlighted approaches to linking records across various systems, mechanisms for eliminating duplicate data and overlaps between sources, and the use of supporting technologies for managing and automating reference data updates to ensure the accuracy and quality of both reference and master data.
The forum comes as part of Prince Sattam bin Abdulaziz University’s ongoing efforts to promote a robust data culture and enhance the quality of administrative and academic processes, in alignment with national directions toward digital transformation and the development of a knowledge‑based society driven by innovative technological solutions.
