PSAU celebrated Saudi National Day with a formal ceremony and an accompanying national exhibition organized by the Public Relations and Corporate Identity Department. The event drew strong attendance from University staff and students in a national atmosphere reflecting pride in the Kingdom, its leadership, and its achievements.
The ceremony featured a number of national segments highlighting the significance of the occasion and its enduring place in the hearts of citizens. It also reviewed the Kingdom’s development journey and the progress achieved across various sectors.
The celebrations also featured the “Story of a Land” exhibition, which offered a national and heritage experience tracing the Kingdom’s history from its founding through its development and transformation to the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030. The exhibition included a range of displays, artifacts, photographs, and interactive presentations.
The exhibition featured several sections combining national heritage with expressions of Saudi identity. These included a Prince Sattam University mural featuring photographs of University students, reflecting their presence and pride in the nation, as well as sections displaying prayer beads and heritage items, falcons, and other aspects of Saudi heritage and culture. Together, they offered an experience that connected the authenticity of the past with the spirit of the present.
The events are part of Prince Sattam bin Abdulaziz University’s continued participation in national occasions and its efforts to strengthen national belonging and pride in Saudi identity, highlight the Kingdom’s cultural and historical heritage, and reinforce the University’s role in serving the community and strengthening community partnerships.
