Prince Sattam bin Abdulaziz University (PSU) has made significant progress in the Times Higher Education Arab University Rankings 2026, jumping 45 places to rank 16th among Arab universities, up from 61st in the 2025 rankings.
Globally, the university continued its achievements in the Times Higher Education World University Rankings (WUR), climbing 250 places to enter the top 500 universities worldwide for the first time. This reflects its ongoing efforts to enhance its academic and research standing internationally.
This remarkable progress is attributed to the university's strategic investments in attracting academic talent, raising the quality of education, and maximizing the benefits of its integrated academic and research system. It also stems from a systematic approach to developing its academic programs, encouraging scientific research, and expanding international partnerships.
Locally, the university solidified its position among the top seven Saudi universities, an achievement that underscores its role as a leading educational and research institution.
