The General Administration of Information Technology held two remote workshops on Sunday and Monday (September 7-8) on how to manage digital content for university websites.
The workshops targeted all website editors and focused on reviewing the new versions of the websites, which will soon be launched, and on digital content management mechanisms in accordance with best practices. This will contribute to enhancing the skills of editors to ensure the provision of quality content that serves all beneficiaries.
The workshop was presented by Abdullah bin Latif Al-Anzi and Abdulaziz bin Yousef Al-Eid from the Digital Content Department at the General Administration of Information Technology.
In this regard, the Director General of Information Technology, Professor Walid bin Mohammed Al-Sulaitin, urged all university website representatives to commit to and continue updating digital content. This is to improve the efficiency of websites, enhance the quality of their content, improve their visibility in global search engines, and raise the ranking of the university portal, in line with the aspirations and directives of the university's leadership.
